Welcome to our Villa "Waterway Dream"!

Here you'll find information about the villa. We'd be very pleased to welcome you as our guest.

Our villa is located in a quiet but central residential area of Cape Coral. As we are a family with 2 little kids we strive for a family-friendly home and want to make you feel like home in our home right from the very first moment.

The villa offers you on approx. 1,600 sqft 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen size bed), 2 bathrooms as well as an open kitchen and a laundry. The villa is located on a fresh water canal with a screened pool and covered lanai. Stores for daily needs like Walmart and Publix are just minutes away.

Powered by the Florida sun!

It's been a while since we posted an update. But that doesn't mean that nothing happened since - us usual. 😊 The hurricane season 2024 was unusually busy. 3 major storms in one season was quite a challenge. But bevor it got windy, a major update was due.

Just like we and our guests enjoy the Florida sun and come back to Florida frequently, now also our home makes more out of the power of the sun. We always had a pool solar to heat the water of the pool with the power of the sun. Now we added a photovoltaic solar system to also generate electrical power and furthermore we equipped the home with a battery backup so we are independent from the grid during power outages - like hurricanes.
