Our prices vary from season to season and are subject to change at any given time to reflect change of cost for maintenance and services we have to accommodate to keep the home in best shape, so each guest has the same experience: Your Home of Joy and Comfort.
To determine the price for your stay, please check the availability and find the price of your individual stay in the booking process.
General terms
- Minimum stay is one week
- All booking requests are subject to approval.
- Bookings are confirmed once the rental agreement was signed and the down payment was made.
- A down payment of 30% is due when booking was approved.
- The remaining amount and a security deposit are due 30 days prior arrival.
- In case of cancellation the difference according to the contract is due.

- Pets must be disclosed at time of booking and are subject to approval

Our tariffs
- The current tariffs can be found here.
- Peak Season tariffs are good for up to 4 adults
- All other tariffs are usually good for up to 2 adults
- Additional adult person USD 15.00 per night each
- Children under the age of 12 stay free, must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
- The renter must be at least 21 years old
- An allowance of USD 40.00 per week for electricity is included
- Travel cot for your baby is free of charge
Additional costs per booking
- Cleaning Fee USD 230.00
- Extended Cleaning Fee for pets USD 280.00 each (optional)
- Florida Sales Tax & Tourist Tax
Cancellation / Termination / Overdue payment / Nonpayment
- up to 90 calendar days prior to arrival: 30 % of rental fee (down payment)
- up to 60 calendar days prior to arrival: 60 % of rental fee
- up to 30 calendar days prior to arrival: 90 % of rental fee
- if less than 30 calendar days prior to arrival 100% of rental fee
